So another exercise that people often overlook is stretching I know that you might not think about it on a day-to-day basis but stretching is super important for having healthy muscles as you exercise your muscles can tighten up that's going to cause aches and pains in your joints implementing a stretching.

Routine;

Routine in the morning or before bed isna good way to avoid these circumstances so one stretch thatyou can do to loosen up your glutes and actually relieve some pain and your lower back as you can cross your legs like so press it down on your knees slightly you're gonna actually lean forward into the stretc and you should feel it all in your glutes and even up into your lower back.

area so hold that for maybe thirty Seconds switch legs and do the same you do that maybe three times through and you should feel some relief in that area so this next stretch is actually a combo deal it's gonna be for your shoulders the first one you're gonna take it right on the cross pulling your elbow towards your opposite shoulder you'll feel a stretch along the alongside the back side of your shoulder you'll hold that for maybe 15 seconds and from there you're gonna take your right arm over your head pull your elbow down and then you'll feel the stretch along under your armpits again do that maybe 15 seconds switch arms and do it again and do each arm maybe twice and you'll feel your shoulders loosen up.
