Principles of Training | Fitness Training & Programming

Training ;

Training program the first adaptations you will experience are mostly neuromuscular adaptations that is one of the reasons why people get frustrated when they for example start going to the gym and they think they're going to lose weight really quickly or they're going to bulk up really quickly it very rarely happens initially because early adaptation is almost always neuromuscular that is the brain and the body start to link together a bit more effectively the the nervous system pathways the movement patterns the the ability for the muscles to recruit the fibers that are already there all of that gets better first so often you'll see in the first six to eight weeks of a training program people don't notice any any size gains for example in their muscle because actually what's happening is the the brain and the body and the connections between.

Connection;

Connection between the two is getting more efficient and only once the the body has learned to maximize what's already there only then will it begin to adapt and either bulk up or slim down or whatever it is that you're trying to achieve or improve the movement patterns so the early adaptations is mostly to do with the link between the brain and the muscle hence neuromuscular and if you get through that phase and you continue to exercise an appropriate way with an appropriate level of overload after this what you'll find is that if it's high intensity training so you're doing hit training or whatever it might be or fart like training there's different kinds of high intensit typically you will see adaptations sooner in high intensity training than you would do in lower intensity endurance training not by much but by a little bit so early.

Adaptations;

Adaptations the newer and muscular stuff then once that's kind of once the body and the brain or body and the muscle is nicely linked together then the changes the adaptations that occur with high intensity training you'll see those first and if you're doing lower intensity endurance stuff you'll see adaptations later ultimately eventually you'll see adaptations um that are based around the training that you're doing the level of overload of course you'll get there eventually whichever type of training it's just you'll typically see results from high intensity training a little bit before you see results from the from the lower intensity endurance stuff so thanks for sticking with it that's been a fairly lengthy video this time but i appreciate there's lots of stuff to cover in terms of principles of training if you've got any further questions stuff that i didn't address that you'd like me to answer please ask those questions in the comments and i'll get back to you other than that don't forget to like the video subscribe to the channel hit the notification icon to get notified every time i upload other than that take care for now see.
